Frequently asked questions

Are campsites under surveillance?

Each campsite has a year-round janitor to whom you can turn if you have any problems outside reception opening hours.
A night watchman is on duty every night in July and August to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Entrance gates are closed at night for greater peace and quiet. Entrance to the campsite and movement around the grounds are therefore on foot from midnight to 6 am. A security guard is also present at the Finca and Mas during the day. They make sure that rules are respected and that guests wear the wristband they are required to wear on the campsite premises. The campsites are also equipped with surveillance cameras. However, we would like to inform our guests that we are not responsible for theft, and we advise them not to leave their belongings unattended, to lock their cars and accommodation, and to secure their bicycles.

What are the pool rules?

The pools are open from 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. every day from April to September (and on All Saints’ Day at Mas des Lavandes). Camping wristbands must be worn.
Pools are supervised only in July and August.
For reasons of hygiene, swimming shorts and wetsuits are not permitted. Children under 10 must be accompanied in the pool area. For everyone’s comfort, mattresses and inflatable games are prohibited, as are smoking and eating inside the pools.

What pool equipment is available?

Each campsite has a large pool area with sunbathing and shade areas. Each has a paddling pool with water games and one or more relaxation pools with whirlpools and jets. La Finca has a heated indoor pool and Le Mas has heated outdoor pools. Each has one or more slides.
Pools are around 1.40 m deep, with paddling pools less than 30 cm deep.

Do the campsites have a mini club?

All 3 campsites have a kids’ club for children aged 4 to 12.
The Mini-Club program includes treasure hunts, face painting, modeling, drawing, arts and crafts, sports tournaments, mini-disco… The Mini-Club is not a day care center; children are free to come and go from the Mini-Club, so it’s important that they know where you are.
No prior registration is necessary, and access is free.
La Finca and Le Mas also offer a teen club in July and August.

Is there wifi on the campsites?

Wifi is available on all campsites. It is provided by an operator, the packages offered are available on their platform and you pay directly online on their interface.

Can I recharge my car at a campsite?

Each of our campsites has 2 car recharging points.
It is forbidden to plug in directly to the accommodation.

Are dogs allowed on campsites?

Our 4-legged friends are allowed on our campsites.
Only dogs (except those in 1ʳᵉ category) are accepted at an additional charge. Only one dog per pitch is allowed. However, they are forbidden in our Luxury ranges.
They must be tattooed/chipped and their vaccinations up to date (booklet to be presented). They must be kept on a leash and not left alone on the pitches or in the accommodation. They are not allowed near the swimming pool or in the buildings. Owners must pick up after their pets. Cats are forbidden.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This can be made by bank transfer, credit card, cheque or vacation vouchers. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
