“I joined Camping l’air Marin 23 years ago as a seasonal receptionist, and have progressed over the years to become head of the social/HR department at the group’s 3 sites.

“I joined the family group in 2012 as a seasonal student. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to explore all aspects of animation, growing and evolving within the company.

Today, I’m in charge of the Leisure Department, a year-round position at all 3 campsites. In this role, I supervise all the activities, I’m responsible for recruiting seasonal staff and I’m in charge of uniting all the teams at the 3 family establishments, in particular by setting up regular integration and cohesion events.

In this company I was won over by values that are particularly close to my heart: the family spirit, the closeness to the teams and holidaymakers, and the richness of a multi-skilled job.”

“I’m Alessio and I’ve been working in the entertainment industry since I was 18. After several years in large chains, I was lucky enough to join this independent campsite, and the difference is striking! As soon as I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome. Here, all departments work together as a cohesive team. We know who we’re working for, and our involvement is truly recognized. The human aspect is a priority, and you can feel it every day. “Having arrived at Air Marin by chance in 2018, I’ve stayed for love for six beautiful seasons. Initially a mini club leader, I quickly progressed to the role of mini club manager and second in charge of activities. These campsites have become a real family. I was immediately delighted by the close contact with holidaymakers. I’ve grown a lot and learned a lot about myself and others.

My years at l’Air Marin were more than just my experience as an entertainer; they forged the young woman I am, and are among the fondest memories I’ve been able to create to date. “I’m Caroline, I arrived at Mas des Lavandes in 2016 for the season as a receptionist. I spent 2 seasons at reception before being hired on a permanent contract as reception and accommodation manager. The versatility required within the campsite enabled me to discover several departments and to feel at ease in the field as well as in the office.

I’ve learned a lot and continue to do so, thanks to the trust placed in me by management, which allows me to take on new tasks and further broaden my range of skills. It’s a real pleasure to work in a dynamic, close-knit team, as well as in a family environment!”

“I joined the family group in 2021 as entertainment manager at Camping l’Air Marin. After 3 summers in this position, I was lucky enough to be able to progress to the position of Coordinator of the Leisure Department alongside Coralie on the 3 sites. In particular, we were in charge of recruiting seasonal workers, programming, all the activities and the well-being of our teams in the field.

3 campsites on a human scale that suited me perfectly, thanks to their proximity to our holidaymakers and the open-mindedness of our management towards our ideas implemented on the ground.

“I’m Mylène, I joined the family group in March 2022 as a fixed-term maintenance worker. It was my first camping experience. After 2 seasons on fixed-term contracts, the atmosphere and working environment convinced me to move to Mas des Lavandes. I’m now the housekeeper’s right-hand woman.

What I particularly like about my job is the team spirit: everyone can count on each other. The versatility of the tasks is also a strong point. Every day is full and there’s always something to do, which requires dynamism and commitment.

Contact with customers is also essential for me. It’s a very rewarding aspect of my job. The atmosphere and cohesion among the staff make the experience even more enjoyable.
